Refund policy
Fine Art Prints
Each fine art print is made to order specifically for you. Because every print is produced on demand, all print sales are final once production has begun and cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders may be canceled for a full refund only if production has not yet started. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled or modified.
If your print arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the product and its packaging. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
Original Paintings
Each original painting is a one-of-a-kind artwork and is final sale.
If your original artwork arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of:
- The artwork
- The shipping box
- All packaging materials
- The shipping label
We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. Depending on the circumstances, this may include filing an insurance claim and issuing a refund if the claim is approved. Because each original artwork is unique, replacements are not available.
